How do I start?

The On-Ramp

To ensure a safe and individualized transition to our style of training, we require all new members to complete our On-Ramp program before participating in group programs. The On-Ramp involves 1 personal session and 3 small group sessions. The curriculum includes:

  • A movement assessment and consultation which allows us to learn more about your specific needs and goals.
  • Instruction is some of the basic movements we use.
  • Instruction in the fundamental concepts of our nutrition and lifestyle design approach called The Other 23.
  • The On-Ramp is a great way for us to get to know you and what you need so we can give you just the right prescription of movement every time you go to the gym!
