Classes begin on the hour as displayed below. Each class lasts about 1 hour. You will receive coaching as you proceed through the warm-up, workout and cool down.
The current class schedule is based on demand. If there is time period that better suits your needs, please email Charles at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Personal training is available. Please call or email for rates and schedules.
If you are a visiting CrossFitter interested in training with us, please email Charles to schedule a visit. We do not allow unannounced visitors to train.
