How Do I Start CrossFit
Call Charles at 225.288.7208 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your On-Ramp (Introductory ) sessions. The On-Ramp program begins with a comprehensive movement assessment. This assessment gives us vital information regarding your unique strengths and challenges as they relate to movement. The better we know you, the better we can help you.
The second On-Ramp session is dedicated to providing you with detailed instruction in the basic movements and methods we use along with the general philosophy of training to which we subscribe. Once you have completed the On-Ramp course, you will be ready to begin training in one of our 3 training modules.
Athletes with CrossFit experience interested in joining must complete the movement assessment. Experienced CrossFit athletes may be able to "test out" of the On-Ramp program. Please contact Charles with all testing inquiries.
